unbeatable central location and highly professional staff. plus, 15 minutes drive from merricks street reserve. well furnished and well-appointed rooms with good size wardrobe, exceptional services. a lounge, a kitchenette area, and a sofa available.

Spacious rooms with a nice big closet to store your stuff. the staff is super friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. Great location close to the park and a shuttle bus stop. You can check-in even if you arrive late. Plus, there are good shops nearby to explore. 🛍️

close to airport if that's what your wanting? quiet area. however too far to travel to and from city

there was a lot of ants in the room found them in kitchen and even in bedroom there was bug spray in room so they must be aware of this. stayed for 3 nights and had to ask for fresh towels every day !!!!

Well, it was a fabulous stay for business trip. The hotel was placed in the remote location in a residential area.

Cozy and updated room with two spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped mini kitchen, plus a heater keeping it warm and toasty 🔥.

The studio units were very nice and perfect for a couple.

Comfortable and quiet location in a good area, short walk to returning rental car as well as supermarkets. Beautifully maintained and recently refurbished rooms with separate bathrooms and a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

Wi-Fi was very limited.

Great spot, super convenient and peaceful location! Just a short stroll to the train station nearby 🚉.

On our return, unfortunately, we had the "Nieghbours From Hell" and from 10pm didn't get a wink of sleep as they shifted beds and furniture around, banged on the table and other noises that I don't wish to get into. I knocked on their door at 1.45am to ask them to be a bit quieter, 10mins later the noises resumed This went on till 6am, at which time the 2 women left, then the 2 men re-arranged the furniture till 7.30 when they left. Unfortunately I didn't know where the owners lived till the next day, which was too late. Our whole holiday was marred by this experience. The owners did apologise but didn't offer us a refund or even a partial one. At over $150 NZ for no sleep - it was a very expensive experience for a 73 and 68 year old to have.

pretty standard hotel with free parking and ideal location to supermarkets. nicely furnished and well-appointed room, in the actual bedroom, very efficient staff. fantastic decoration.

The friendly professional team made me feel welcome. the accommodation is in a central location very close to the airport. - It is also close to a large supermarket and shops. - I didn't want to say goodbye and would like to go back there again.
